Hi, I’m Jordan Cooper, a property professional specialising in East Renfrewshire and the surrounding areas, with over six years’ experience in the industry.

Before joining Kelly Residential, I spent four years with Rettie & Co and two years with Keller Williams. Working within these well-known brands gave me a strong grounding in every stage of the estate agency process — from valuations and marketing strategy to negotiation and successful completion. This experience allowed me to develop the professional systems, market insight and negotiation skills needed to consistently deliver excellent results for clients.

What attracted me to Kelly Residential was the opportunity to combine that experience with a more personal, relationship-driven approach. Having spent much of my time working in East Renfrewshire and Glasgow’s Southside, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the local property market and the lifestyle the area offers. Buyers are not just purchasing a property – they are choosing a community, schools, amenities and a way of life. Helping clients navigate that decision is something I genuinely enjoy.

Outside of work, I’m a keen golfer and a proud member of East Renfrewshire Golf Club. The focus, patience and strategy involved in golf mirrors the approach I take with every property transaction — careful preparation, attention to detail and always aiming for the best possible result.
